Tony, Santiago,, and Zack proved to be an extremely professional HVAC installation team. They replaced my 18 yr old HVAC system after a thorough diagnostic check by Wayne who I called about water leaks. Each of the team members worked with obvious expertise while providing customer respect. They graciously answered any/all of my questions as they worked. I was anxious about the cost of a new system and what this company would be like. The estimate from Brian, their customer rep, was not the lowest, but not the highest (out of f'ive est'). I am very satisfied with my choice for Snellville Heating; they remind me of times gone by with Old Fashion "Customer Service". They even provide a post-installation inspection a couple weeks out to ensure all is working as it should. James did the post-install inspection and addressed any concerns I had or any questions about the new system operations. I am happy with the new system and each of Snellville's team members, including their office support staff, Ginger and Kim. I would highly recommend this team for HVAC services.(I am also pleased to report they rely on customer satisfaction and references rather than throwing an abundance of money at TV marketing ads) Snellville Heating was a referral from a friend a couple years ago if I ever needed HVAC services.I don t write many reviews....I am happy to submit this one

Absolutely terrific company!!! I had AC parts go bad that were still under the manufacture's warranty and Snellville handled everything with them! I didn't even have to do a thing! Then they sent skilled tradesmen to install the new parts and the unit is running beautifully again! Thank you so much!!!! They have been our plumbers for years and always did quality work quickly- I am so glad they are my HVAC company now too! Thank you for always taking care of us! We so appreciate it!!!
We love Snellville Heating and Air. The communication from the office staff to the techs that come out and provide service are beyond five stars. We appreciate everyone and everything they do to keep us cool in summer and warm in the winter.

Corderius from Snellville Heating & Air repaired my home air conditioner system today. He did a great job, and I would recommend Snellville H&C to anyone. Mr Corderius was very thorough and explained everything he did along with pictures. Very satisfied with his work.
I am always leary about companies that can always find and charge you for services you didn't know you needed. However, Snellville heating & air were on point. The call center kept me posted on the technician's ETA. Both Q (HVAC) and Randy (plumber) were professional and knowledgeable. They both gave pointers on what to do to limit my exposure and how to avoid their services in the future. Highly recommend and they will be my go to for all needs in the future!
