Repair was completed in timely manner. The service panel is not properly secured and it rattles when unit comes on and can be heard inside home. Had to remove it to place insulator into position to eliminate noise. Company is coming out to fix it. Very satisfied with their prompt response time to replace compressor!

As always the service was EXCELLENT! Ethan, the tech who performed our maintenance service was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative . I have used Snellville Heating & Air for several years for regular maintenance. They have always been reliable. Yesterday I had yearly maintenance done through the Comfort Club and Harry came out. He was absolutely phenomenal. Probably the most thorough HVAC tech I have ever had in any home I've owned. He took pictures of everything he checked (never had anyone do that before), checked all 4 units in-depth, gave me a full report, and was extremely courteous. He sent everything in an email for my records. And even though a couple of my units were low on coolant, he didn't try to oversell me. He made a recommendation that was thoughtful and I went with it. Thanks Harry!
