Our water heater needed emergency replacement because it was leaking all over our basement. Randy was able to walk us through turning off the water supply to the heater, and draining it until he could get there to replace it the next day. Would highly recommend Randy and the team at Snellville.

Repair was completed in timely manner. The service panel is not properly secured and it rattles when unit comes on and can be heard inside home. Had to remove it to place insulator into position to eliminate noise. Company is coming out to fix it. Very satisfied with their prompt response time to replace compressor!
