We recently had a house inspection done, which highlighted a few small potential safety issues. I called Snellville Heating and air, and they scheduled me right away. The Tech came out, corrected the small issues despite the heat in the attic. Great job done, very professional and efficient.
When our air conditioning went out on Saturday night, they responded quickly to our request for service request and got the air conditioning back on. Very knowledgeable and friendly repairman.
They installed our AC units several years ago and we recently had an issue with the circuit board and they had the part in a couple days and installed. Very friendly customer service and technicians. I wouldn't use anyone else.

A friend recommended Snellville Heating & Air to replace our HVAC system. Steve came to our home, made friends with the dogs, and sat at our kitchen table taking the time to explain everything after he checked out our old system and existing duct work. We selected the system we wanted and even found out about an air flow issue to our daughter's room that he could address at the time of installation. The price was lower than any other installer I looked into. Additionally, the system comes with a 12 year warranty. WOW! The crew arrives on time on the install day, also made friends with the dogs, and did a great job making sure that everything was installed perfectly. They also did such a stellar job cleaning up that it was as if they were never there! (As it should be) Just some hardworking, thorough HVAC (manly) fairies that blessed us with an efficient and fancy unit!
