And if there is ever an issue, they schedule promptly and resolve. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Smart thermostat worked off and on - had black screen when not working which led us to believe the problem was withe the base unit. However it turned ou theptoblem was actually something to do with the HVAC drainage. The repairman knew immediately what the problem was and was able to fix it then and there. This unit is still under warranty so there was no charge for the call.

I initially called Snellville Heating and Air because I had a question about HVAC systems. I'd already received a couple of really high quotes from two other companies. Jon the "Comfort Advisor" gave me a call back, and he answered my question. He came by my house, and we sat in my kitchen and had a conversation about HVAC. I was sold. He gave me a very fair quote on a two stage system with a great warranty. He was able to schedule my install for the following day. The crew that showed up were friendly, professional, and worked really hard in the blistering heat. Overall it was a great experience and my wife and I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you.

I cannot say enough about the good old fashioned customer service. A helpful human answers the phone 24 hours a day. Ethan was FANTASTIC and is a young, polite, respectful and knowledgeable tech.
