Our AC went out on Friday afternoon and I called Snellville's after hour number the next morning before 8 am to have a tech come out. I got a call back from the tech (Mark) at exactly 8am saying he could come look at the system that morning. He was at our house before 10:30 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes of arriving. I and my two small children were exceedingly grateful of the quick work.

I had an emergency leak that had gone unnoticed until I received my water bill. It was difficult to find someone to come out immediately, but Snellville H&A saved the day. The technician Kyle was extremely professional and was able to show me videos of the issue while explaining the processes and costs before hand. He was able to quickly solve the issue, gave me advice for the water company and even gave my overly needy Goldendoodle pup some ear scratches before leaving. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Snellville Heating & Air! We had them come out and service our units and Mike - our technician did an awesome job!! First time we've had a technician explain everything he was doing and did!! We'll definitely be using them in the future!
