I had an emergency leak that had gone unnoticed until I received my water bill. It was difficult to find someone to come out immediately, but Snellville H&A saved the day. The technician Kyle was extremely professional and was able to show me videos of the issue while explaining the processes and costs before hand. He was able to quickly solve the issue, gave me advice for the water company and even gave my overly needy Goldendoodle pup some ear scratches before leaving. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Could have shopped around, but after Speaking with Brian about my system and my options, I knew I didn't need to. This company's sense of urgency for my family's need was what sold me. No up-selling, no exaggerations, just is what it is, and I appreciate that. The next day installation was a huge selling point too! I have a state of the art system with great customer service and I couldn't be happier!
