Their hvac technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Their customer service is excellent and scheduling is easy. Their technician always gives a heads up by text when he's on the way.

I have been using Snellville Heating, Air, and Plumbing for over 20 years. I have a maintenance contract with them, where they come out several times a year to inspect/service my unit. And if there is ever an issue, they schedule promptly and resolve. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Special shout out to Wayne - he is awesome at his job, and his attitude and concern for you, the customer, is top notch. I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air, and Plumbing, all day, every day!
Great customer service with reasonable pricing! They were able to come next day to install an entirely new HVAC unit in our home. They were easily done in 4 hours. The technicians were very polite and efficient. Highly recommend!
