Great experience, super nice people. Had to order a part and it arrived 1 day later. That part was damaged so they had to get another one and ran from Loganville to Macon to get it and make sure my AC unit was repaired the very next morning. Super professional and just a wonderful experience. They will have my business as long as I'm in the area!

Wanted to share our experience with Joe Hanly. He is a true asset to your organization...friendly informative...and didn't try to sell us the most expensive product...so he worked with us on a product that would not only work best in our situation but also in a range we could afford.
He gave a history of your company he really seems like he likes his job, but also loves the company and the people he works with..if that is not classic I don't know what is. Felt relaxed as this is a big ordeal to have to do...looking forward to meeting some others on the team on Thursday!
They came out for a service call for AC unit. Took care of the problem right away.
We had a great experience with Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and communicated with us in a timely manner. Randy came out and was very professional. He addressed all our issues and came back next day to fix our water leak.
Tim came out this past Tuesday and checked out my AC unit. It stopped working a few weeks ago and since it's starting to get hot I wanted to check it out to see what was going on. My neighbors recommended him, and he did not disappoint. To my surprise when he turned it on everything seemed ok. He went over things and determined there was nothing he needed to do. What a pleasant surprise. It was well worth it to pay the fee for him to come out. He was thorough, and very nice to work with. I now have some peace of mind going into the summer. I was thrilled that I didn't have to consider replacing that unit, or that the trip didn't result in a costly repair. I do know that if I need anything further that I can depend on him to be honest and recommend the best possible solution. What a great feeling! So glad my neighbors told me about your company, and Tim specifically. He is the best!

I needed a New Hot water heater, and some other long overdue Upgrades with the PRV, Laundry Room, and a busted toilet flange, and just a laundry list of minor fixes and or improvements. These guys saved me from the price gouging of Commissioned Sales. SNHA &P Should be your Last Quote. Friendly, and the Techs have great personalities. I will likely proceed with other work with HVAC..

We were pleased with the prompt and efficient service we received from Snellville Heating and Air. They responded to our call and installed the heating and air units and even did a prompt quality control visit to make sure the units were preforming at top capacity.
