I called Snellville Heating and Air on Monday, January 13 concerning an upstairs heating issue and requested a Friday morning appointment, January 17. We had the pleasure of having Ethan fix our AC. He was so polite and considerate. We have three younger children and he was patient and kind while they watched over his shoulder. Ethan made a bad situation not so horrible with his awesome personality!
HUGE shout out to Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing! After limping along with a failing unit for several summers, I replaced my unit today. Joe was prompt, professional, no upsell (multiple times he said "you don't need this/that"), and two amazing techs (Tony & James) onsite the very next day for the 10 hour job- felt so comfortable with them in my home and they were so sweet to the poms. For John to say the installers and company are "top notch" speaks volumes. Thank you Cindy Frazier for such an awesome referral! Tim was the technician who came to look at my A/C system. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He then checked and ran diagnostics on the A/C system to verify that there were no additional issues. Tim was great to work with: professional and personable, and is a great representative for the Company. I called the office when I had questions on the warranty status for the replacement part, they were very responsive and covered the cost of the part under warranty. I've been a customer of Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing for many years. First of all, the phones are answered by a staff who are exceptional with their help. I knew my old system wasn't going to last much longer so I contacted 4 HVAC companies to give me a quote, Snellville included. Joe Hanly with Snellville spent time with me explaining his proposal and his offer came out way on top, my new system was installed April 2018 and I couldn't be happier. Six months later Ethan Helton, Service Technician, visited to inspect my system and make sure it was ready for winter. I can't say enough good about Ethan. He showed up on time, very personable, showed a lot of respect for my house and property, and smiled the entire time he was here. He explained everything he checked on the system and was ready to answer any questions I might have. If ever I need a technician or in 6 months for my next inspection, I will personally ask for Ethan. All this to explain why I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing. You won't find a better company to do business with.
