Harry and Brian were the technicians and they were so accommodating and professional...very knowledgeable and I'll ask for them in the future. Snellville Heating and Air put me a new heat and air units 5 or 6 years ago. I have regular maintenance every six months. Their rates are awesome. The technicians are always knowledgeable and very polite

We have used Snellville H&A a number of times at two different locations. Each time the service has been excellent. I'm very much a DIY person but if it's a plumbing problem that I'm not comfortable, I call them and get great service. In our latest call Ian Price came out and replaced a Pressure Reduction Valve and house water shut off valve. I have been doing bathroom mods and the on and off of main water finally did in the PRV. Ian did a very clean professional job and talked with me a great deal on other projects I was working. I really appreciate this approach and will continue to use them for both ends of their business. Ethan has been another excellent technician that we specifically ask for when we need H& A service.

We had an emergency situation. SHAP came out and assessed the situation. Gave me two, on the spot scenarios, and were here the next morning to take care of the situation. Jay and his Crew are fantastic. The office staff are quick to answer the phone and very efficient at getting the service people to get to the job. They have done a lot of work for us, both at home and at our business. I highly recommend them.
