We had an emergency situation. SHAP came out and assessed the situation. Gave me two, on the spot scenarios, and were here the next morning to take care of the situation. Jay and his Crew are fantastic. The office staff are quick to answer the phone and very efficient at getting the service people to get to the job. They have done a lot of work for us, both at home and at our business. I highly recommend them.

The team did a great job diagnosing my furnace issues. Ethan spent a lot of time checking everything that could effect the flow of air in the house. I thought I might have to get a new furnace. Joe, a salesman with the company came and assessed the situation himself. Joe, Ethan and Jeremy came up with a plan that did not involve a new furnace. Thank you!

Just had our bi-annual service. Wayne did an exceptional job, was very courteous, professional, and left the HVAC areas clean. Snellville Heating installed the original equipment when we purchased our house new. Maintained and installed new units ever since. I highly recommend them if you're in need of heating/AC service, repair, or new units.
