I am very pleased with your company, especially with Joe Hanly who displayed a genuine interest in obtaining my business. Your installers (Jay & Nate (?) ) were very competent and professional. They took pride in their workmanship and were very helpful in explaining the key features of the new equipment which is running perfectly. I will recommend your company when the need arises. I filed for my rebate on-line. Joe said it would be an easy process. He was right!!! Thank you for the tin of cookies. Nice of you to do that. John O'Brien
