After my a/c system failed (original system on 23 year old home), I called around to about 8 different companies. Snellville Heating and Air was the most cost effective and had the most options. The sales person was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. I also had a separate meeting with Jack Peavy, their marketing rep and he helped clear up other questions and concerns I had. The installers showed up on time, were careful on not tracking dirt on our carpet. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. A week later, the supervisor came to inspect the installation and answer any questions. I am extremely happy and my Georgia Power bill was cut in half compare to the same month last year. I highly recommend Snellville Heating & Air.
Snellville Heating & Air installed my HVAC systems when my house was being built 23 years ago. I have continued to service with them because they have always treated me as if I were part of their family. They have always come out immediately when I had a problem. Thursday was a perfect example. I called at 1pm to say my A/C was not cooling. Dylan was at my door at 1:40pm. He had bad news for me, but explained it all clearly so that I understood this situation & what my options were. This is when I realized it was time for a new HVAC system. He made a phone call to Beth in the office & she had Steve at my door within 35 minutes. He explained what my options were & what the costs would be. I received a great education on HVAC systems. This made it very easy to pick the right equipment to fit into my budget. Steve made another call into Beth, and I was on the schedule for a Saturday install. Steve offered to bring out window units to help keep me cool, which I appreciated but declined. Willie & Zack arrived at 9:30am this morning and left at 2:50pm. He explained the installation to me and showed me how to use my new thermostat. Less than an hour later, my house is completely cooled down. The new units (Both furnace & A/C unit) are so much quieter than the old ones. What a huge difference this new Rheem system is! I am hoping for another 23 years of flawless service from this wonderful company. Thank you so much for making this stressful situation a walk in the park!!!
Service techs Corey and Zack came out and put in a new A/C unit, coil, condensate pump, checked for leaks and solved all our concerns. Those guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and very respective of my property. They answered all my questions. Price was very reasonable for what needed to be done. A pat on the back also goes to Dylan who gave me good advice on initial visit. Steve in Sales explained all my options clearly and worked with me on the price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Both my upstairs as well as downstairs is so much cooler!
Replaced our indoor and outdoor units and did a fantastic, thorough, job! Really pleased with their service and honesty. Had a couple quotes before they came out, from some high pressure sales reps from other well known providers in Atlanta but when the snellville rep came out, it was a world of difference. They didn't try to upsell and give us something we didn't need. They saved us a ton of money and were kind, courteous, and honest!

Awesome service...They installed a new Heat Pump system in my basement in just a few days. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up the area after installation. All the humidity in the basement has now been eliminated.... Thanks Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing!!!

Spoke with Olivia who kept me updated about my appointment status and even called prior to technician arriving. Bruce came out (on time & professional) and had to change a regulator on/off switch, freon was good and the air filter was changed as well. Excellent customer service and "service" (pun intended, lol). :O)
