Spoke with Olivia who kept me updated about my appointment status and even called prior to technician arriving. Bruce came out (on time & professional) and had to change a regulator on/off switch, freon was good and the air filter was changed as well. Excellent customer service and "service" (pun intended, lol). :O)
The different people that came to help us with our new air-conditioning- Steve and Jeremy were very professional and helpful. The company even loaned us portable units until we could have our new one put in. We love the thermostat with capabilities to use with our I phones.
