On Thursday, August 22nd, a Snellville HVAC technician visited our home and second property for routine system checks. As usual, this technician was prompt, efficient, and thorough. This time, he advised us that building codes for Walton county had changed. As a result, he showed us the gas relief valve on each furnace (one installed in 2012 and the other in 2013). Under the new code the valve needs to be vertical, pointing downward. He checked to make certain that each of the valves were still in good condition, then he positioned them to meet code. This may seem like a small detail; however, it is a perfect example of the care your company's employees take when visiting a customer's home. This is why we stay with Snellville Heating, Air, and Plumbing!

These guys do good work. Our AC works great now.

Ethan was great! He explained everything he was doing and what levels my air unit should be performing and delivered a great customer experience.

I recently called Snellville Heating & Air when my AC went out. They were able to schedule me the next day. Corderius was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on and my different options for service. I would definitely recommend Snellville Heating & Air to anyone needing their services.

Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service, I changed to them from another company that was always shaking me down for hundreds on a brand new HVAC system when they were here for regular maintenance and upkeep, I will gladly let them come back.
