I've been with Snellville for the last 20 yrs. I feel like part of a family with this company. They are always so polite and make sure that I am taken care of. I'm very happy with my service technician and feel that he is always looking out for my best interest. What else can I say. I like to know the people who I do business with. I always talk with the same people in the office and have been very happy with my technician for many years now. When I find something that works I stick with it. Thank you Snellville for taking such good care of my HVAC and me.

Been living in my home over 5 years and these folks have been the consistently reliable and knowledgeable local businesses. Every since they identified and fixed a leak that 2 other 'free estimate' repair companies failed to find- I have not looked anywhere else. Eventually as they had advised before- I had to replace my AC. Gave me options, financed in house and was back in the cool air in the same week. This recent water heater replacement- took it to a new level. Even with a schedule miscommunication, the technician was understanding and just like the AC- stated the facts, gave me the options and got the fix as we agreed.
Fred found problem with AC, and fixed it. Also saved us money. The office was responded in a timely manner.

Working with Snellville Heating and Plumbing was a wonderful experience from speaking to representatives on the phone, technicians coming to diagnose, the comfort agent helping me into a great product and the technicians who delivered and installed the new system.
