Very happy with the service, I changed to them from another company that was always shaking me down for hundreds on a brand new HVAC system when they were here for regular maintenance and upkeep, I will gladly let them come back.
I've used Snellville Heating and Air for years and I always feel like I'm getting excellent service, fair pricing, and honest HVAC experts. I've had multiple major installs with them and I feel like they always do things right. In my experience a service company that isn't trying to take advantage of you seems to be getting harder and harder to find, and Snellville Heating and Air is one of the rare good ones!

Excellent job! The technician was so polite and got right to work. Within minutes, he had the problem solved and fixed. Amazing!! I strongly recommend SHA&P to everyone I know. You'll be happy that you chose them. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the person who scheduled the call. Excellent customer service.
On Saturday I went down to the basement and there was water on the basement floor coming from the HVAC unit. I called Snellville Heating and Air and they had a technician out here in 45 minutes. Tim was very knowledgable and took the time to explain our options. Our 21 year old unit finally bit the dust! The next day their estimator Steve came out to go over HVAC options and pricing. He spent time to assess our needs and price point. Austin and Chris were out within a couple of days to install the new unit. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. The whole process was easy, fast and streamlined. I would absolutely recommend Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing! Side note, we had used them previously for a plumbing issue and new water heater install. Jay was fantastic and knowledgeable.
